  • other information relevant to customer satisfaction

  • From time to time, we may also use your information to contact you. We may contact you by email, phone, or mail, according to the preferences you have expressed

Our legal basis for using the information is in order to offer you our services which includes online advice, personal support, coaching, and events. We will only use your information where it is reasonable to do so and where there is no disadvantage to you or risk to your personal information.

Who do we share your information with?

We will not share your information with any other organisation, except if we have a duty to disclose to comply with legal obligations, for example child safeguarding.

Where does your information go?

We do not keep any personal data on paper, or on computer hard drives locally. All our data is kept on a cloud database. This encrypts data to the same standard as bank transactions when it is transmitted and stored. The data is then stored within the EU.

How long will we keep your information?

We will keep your information for up to 7 years, after which point it will be destroyed
